• Develop a deep understanding of our user’s needs and how technology can help - that includes artists, songwriters, and producers, as well as A&R, marketing, finance, and everyone in between • Define the current and long term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product and communicate that up, down, and around • Work closely with engineering, design, product solutions, and other teams to create high-quality software that meets users’ needs at record pace • Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans to ensure your product has maximum impact • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends. Use data to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product performance.
• At least 5 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience) • Experience building web products in enterprise/b2b or the music industry • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex business and stakeholder challenges • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
