Description
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Math game products • Develop and manage feature strategies to enhance game systems and economies • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game features • Leverage data to gain insights and forecast the impact of new features • Improve operational practices through scalable agile methodologies • Establish and mentor new Product Owners to foster a culture of excellence • Act in accordance with security policies and procedures
Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in product management within the gaming industry • Deep understanding of free-to-play game systems, mechanics, and economies • Proven track record of managing and optimizing game features • Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data in a B2C environment • Minimum of 5+ years experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience in improving team dynamics and driving operational improvements • Strong grasp of behavioral economics, UX patterns, and UX research • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
