Description

• Help define the vision for Search and Cache products and create a roadmap in line with business goals. • Translate the vision and strategy for the products into tasks for development. • Understand the architecture of Cache and Search products and interactions with other products. • Work closely with Cache Product Owner and Product analysts to oversee product execution. • Own end to end development of Search Engine. • Manage and prioritize backlog for Search team. • Be responsible for P&L of the product with a focus on unit economics. • Lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of well-rounded travel industry experience (with focus on NDC, GDS or OTAs) • Strategic thinker with critical decision making skills • Strong experience in data-backed decision making/statistics/market research • Output and delivery driven; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with significant context switching • Highly influential, proactive leader with a strong business acumen • Strong technical skills and extensive experience working with APIs • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial at heart with a focus on culture building • Passion for problem solving and root cause analysis • Team player demonstrating awesome leadership skills and desire to help develop employees • Outstanding research skills • Ability to find the balance between user needs and business goals while questioning and validating assumptions along the way
