• TrustFlight is a global leader in developing cutting-edge software that enhances safety and efficiency across the aviation industry. • We serve a diverse range of customers, including airlines, airports, and regulators. • We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to take ownership of one of our innovative software products. • This role will be responsible for steering the product’s direction and ensuring its successful delivery in collaboration with the product, engineering, and design teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in product management or a related role, with a track record of contributing to the development and delivery of software products. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver successful products. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspiring a proactive, results-driven mindset and ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated toward achieving product objectives. • Experience in conducting customer research and translating insights into actionable product requirements. • Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and experience working in an agile development environment. • Familiarity with tools like JIRA for product management and an understanding of software development processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas both orally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences. • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a scrappy, can-do attitude to overcoming challenges and driving product success. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with the aviation industry or other highly regulated environments is a plus, but not required.
