• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit • Manage and track the entire recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent • Knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Tech Industry Experience • Must be a Canadian National or should have active work permit
