• Develop clients through networking, seminars, and referrals • Understand the needs of clients and build trusted relationships • Promote the company's financial products & services to address clients’ needs • Work with internal teams to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, closing sales and meeting targets • Prepare reports for the management team • Represent the company in a professional manner
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, sales or client relationship building role • Exceptional focus on customer service • Working experience in financial services sectors preferred • Post-secondary education or equivalent • Self-motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial and relationship-focused • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all personality types • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong attention to details and solid problem-solving skills • Mandarin proficiency is a definite asset • French proficiency is mandatory for Montreal positions
