Description

• Identify and engage potential sponsors through market research, cold calling and networking. • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new sponsors and partners. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sponsorship opportunities. • Sources prospects and secures new business opportunities • Create compelling sponsorship packages tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors. • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to showcase the benefits of partnering. • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties. • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with sponsors to maximize engagement and satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship benefits. • Attend and represent the organization at events to network with potential sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years recent Business Development experience • Proven experience in sponsorship sales and business development. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Excellent MS Office skills required. • Experience working with Asana and Salesforce required. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong project management and time management skills. • Excellent selling skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced, demanding environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
