• Support customer service (Phone, Email, Chat) • Assist customers during purchases • Assist customers post-purchase • Develop the B2C customer service structure • Maintain a good relationship with the customers • Launch new initiatives to improve the customer experience throughout the journey • Collect customer feedback and provide input to the team to help improve the product/experience
• Bilingualism (French-English) both written and spoken • 2 years or more of experience related to the job • College diploma (DEC) • Attentive to detail, rigorous, orderly, and autonomous • E-commerce experience (Shopify, Zendesk) • Takes initiative and has a passion for helping people • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
