• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and service
• Marketing Certificate combined with additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in either the printing industry, corporate gifts supply, or in a light manufacturing environment where multiple products are on offer • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
