Description
• Lead corporate planning and reporting processes • Provide strategic oversight to the deployment of capital • Manage overall FP&A processes including monthly reporting • Coach and develop junior and intermediate resources • Work closely with other leaders in finance
Requirements
• A business leader with strong experience building and scaling a business • Entrepreneurial DNA - comfortable building a business from the ground up • Strategic thinker with a strong ‘business sense’ • Excellent EQ - managing relationships with a large external network of partners • A minimum of 10 years of extensive senior leadership experience in leading and developing finance functions • Extensive knowledge of and experience with FP&A, accounting, and capital management • Excellent communication skills; ability to develop concise summaries of complex analyses • Disciplined process manager with an obsession for attention to detail
