• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across all of Loop’s entities • Manage capital raising efforts for all of the firm’s investment product offerings • Work closely with both risk and operations on product offerings and compliance matters • Implement and manage all aspects of the compliance program • Lead the compliance function and foster a culture of ethical business practices
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and portfolio management roles, within the financial services industry • Proficiency in portfolio management and financial analysis • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements across the Canadian payments and investment landscape and compliance best practices in the financial services industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptionally clear and precise verbal and written communication skills • High ethical standards and integrity • Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
