Description

• Partner with Retail leadership to understand outcomes and update models, budgets, forecasts, and reporting • Provide diagnostic analysis and predictive forecasting with sales drivers • Provide insights and business intelligence through high quality financial and operational analysis • Drive awareness around retail sales and operational excellence through reports and insights • Partner with the Retail team to model out potential new revenue opportunities • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate ROI of initiatives • Create monthly forecasts and variance commentary for the retail P&L • Support the automation and enhancement of financial reporting systems • Provide training and documentation for retail teams • Streamline reporting process for users • Project work involvement for retail business requests • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in FP&A & relevant finance experience • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders • Extensive prior experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis • Works well autonomously and within a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership attributes • Ability to work hard and calmly under pressure • Excellent time management skills • A keen eye for detail • Proactive approach and initiative • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred • CPA/MBA Preferred • Experience working with retail industry preferred • Experience working with BI Tools like Power BI
