Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations for the Herschel international ecommerce domains – content creation, quality assurance, catalog maintenance, product discoverability, filters, and onsite search. • Work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Product Merchant, Demand Planning, and Retail teams to plan and execute all marketing and product launch campaigns. • Optimize the user experience to drive engagement and conversion through a comprehensive testing and optimization plan. • Utilize customer insights to develop cross channel strategies (web & email) aimed at increasing customer lifetime value. • Research sell-through and regional market trends to ensure that our products are positioned to maximize revenue. • Drive increased AOV and new category awareness utilizing cross-selling and up-selling tactics. • Use various analytics and reporting tools to compile regular performance reports against department and campaign KPI’s. • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and reactivation.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce operations (merchandising, analytics, optimization, marketing) is essential. • Ability to maintain a digital testing library – ideate, execute and analyze comprehensive experiments. • Understanding of web best practices (SEO, UX/UI, Mobile Design, Storytelling, etc.). • Experience with ecommerce & content management platforms (Shopify & Adobe Experience Manager preferred) • Proficiency in data analysis tools (GA, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc.). • Ability to be entrepreneurial and take initiative. • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday, etc.). • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools would be beneficial • Experience with working in an Agile methodology. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. • Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions for system limitations. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team.
