• 3+ years of experience in managing and designing online experiences. • Ability to build relationships easily and be part of large, cross-functional teams. • Persuasive with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data. • Organized and able to self-direct, prioritize, and deliver impactful work on time. • Experience creating compelling presentations for a senior leadership audience. • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get the job done. • Thrive in ambiguous environments with proactive critical thinking. • Strategic thinker who understands how to convert strategy into operations.
