Description
• Enable a digital experience for PC Optimum ensuring the right content is surfaced. • Collaborate to optimize the Editorial Strategy & Playbook for the app and website. • Proactively identify ways to evolve the digital experience. • Develop a comprehensive content strategy with cross-functional stakeholders. • Lead integration between PC Optimum and all lines of businesses. • Oversee the content production and testing process for big bet campaigns. • Identify opportunities to optimize the customer journey for events and campaigns. • Manage key stakeholders across various programs and initiatives. • Contribute to the product roadmap by triangulating insights, business needs, and trends.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in managing and designing online experiences. • Ability to build relationships easily and be part of large, cross-functional teams. • Persuasive with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data. • Organized and able to self-direct, prioritize, and deliver impactful work on time. • Experience creating compelling presentations for a senior leadership audience. • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get the job done. • Thrive in ambiguous environments with proactive critical thinking. • Strategic thinker who understands how to convert strategy into operations.
