Description
• Proactively lead the direction for the Elite “Agency” Division • Act as a driving force to help ensure internal account teams are confident in their strategic approach and successfully able to execute on all deliverables • Provide high level hands on support to both the internal stakeholders and the client when required • Manage overall accountability for a team of Account Directors, Account Supervisors, Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Project Managers and any other relevant roles deemed necessary • Communicate directly with clients on a frequent basis to strengthen agency/client relationships • Manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and everything is industry compliant • Stay up to date on industry and marketing news and trends
Requirements
• College or University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role in an agency • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and driving results • Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and lead agency partners efficiently • Experience in leading creative and production teams, developing strategic insights, and critiquing creative content • Understanding digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager • Familiarity with project management tools and software • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on detail and data-driven decision making
