Description

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners • Supporting partners to develop and execute strategic growth plans • Being a trusted advisor to partners • Orchestrating the execution of strategic account plans • Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers • Negotiating and closing on contract renewals • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams • Analyzing data and measuring results • Identifying and proactively addressing partner needs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant account growth • Deep understanding of sales cycles and the ability to navigate high-level stakeholder relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels • Strategic thinking and a consultative approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to unique client needs • A passion for exceeding expectations and a relentless drive to win
