• Engage with Prospects and Clients: Identify and understand broken business processes and data silos in target prospects and clients, demonstrating Maxa’s unique ability to solve these problems. • Business Value Building: Articulate and build Maxa’s business value proposition throughout the selling engagement, ensuring alignment with the prospect's needs and goals. • Sophisticated Environment Navigation: Navigate complex prospect environments, aligning key stakeholders with Maxa’s solutions, and driving consensus among decision-makers. • Effective Presentations: Conduct highly effective presentations that convince Directors, SVPs, and key C-suite decision-makers, including CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders in supply chain, workforce, and other business functions. • Opportunity Management: Develop customer relationships and manage opportunities complete lifecycle across multiple customer targets and functions. • Value-Based Selling: Apply Maxa’s value-based selling methodology (MEDDIC) and tools to manage sales processes and accurately forecast business outcomes. • Account Leadership: Employ outstanding account leadership skills to identify expansion opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling within targeted accounts. • Strategic Business Development Planning: Build and maintain a strategic plan, lead accurate forecasting and achievement of business targets. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Solution Consultants, Executive Leadership and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience into Fortune 2000 companies, ideally with a combination of Professional Services & data analytics solutions • Experience selling into manufacturing companies highly advantageous • Success selling into Vice President / Senior Vice President & C Level buyers. • Track record of overachieving targets, including demonstrated history of multiple high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals (services and/or technology) • Demonstrated network in your territory • Domain understanding (Analytics, Data Science, FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning & Sales) and knowledge of how these functions plan, process work and make decisions • Strong, demonstrated opportunity management practices (e.g. sales process, qualification, executive presentation skills, quote presentation and negotiation), and ability to balance multiple (3-5) opportunities at once • Business, Finance, Economics, related BS/BA degree or relevant years of experience.
