• As a Service Sales Account Manager, your primary focus will be on driving new sales and acquiring commercial clients. • Provide exceptional ongoing support to your existing customers. • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities. • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, generating and qualifying leads. • Convert prospects into loyal customers. • Significantly boost revenue by effectively managing and expanding the client base for fire protection products and services. • Identify new opportunities within assigned region and pursue service agreements for all life safety systems with clients. • Gain thorough understanding of client’s needs, goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions. • Act as main point of contact for assigned clients/accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets. • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. • Create and implement account plans that outline strategies for growing the account and achieving business objectives. • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Self-starter with demonstrated prospecting skills is essential • Must be willing to travel for customer calls • Excellent interpersonal skills • Knowledge of company products and services • Ability to work independently • Advanced sales skills and ability to develop effective customer solutions • Solid teamwork skills • Computer skills - Microsoft Office, CRM • Knowledge of applicable fire codes and standards • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Minimum two years of experience in the fire & life safety industry • Substantial experience in a Sales/Account Management related field an asset • Knowledge of Kitchen & Special Suppression an asset • Relevant sales experience in the fire and life safety industry is an asset
