Description
• Critical role in accelerating brand and community position through brand-led initiatives • Support rollout of Brand-led sponsorships and partnerships at a community level • Execute and manage North American programs contributing to growth in snow, climb, and trail activities • Create partnerships and experiences that express love of climb, snow, trail, and COMMUNITY • Hybrid role requiring location in Vancouver, B.C.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field • 2+ years prior experience in communications, digital or brand marketing • Able to work well in a team setting and with various levels within the organization • Understand a budget, strong overall analytical capabilities • Extremely organized and have experience managing multiple, time sensitive projects • Able to work cross-functionally • Experience working with retailers, preferably in the outdoor industry • Strong computer skills – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills • Self-motivated, committed, tenacious and goal-oriented • Energetic and passionate about the brand • Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude • Passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
