• Manage a portfolio of small clients including program set-up, implementation support, monitoring program usage and reporting working collaboratively across the organization with our marketing, technology, customer support and finance teams. • Liaise with clients regarding new GreenShield Health services and seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. • Facilitate client orientation sessions to educate end-users on their GreenShield program. • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients professionally. • Support troubleshooting client issues to resolution as needed. • Coordination of new implementations, preparation of launch materials and client reports, attending and taking minutes at key client meetings and effective use of our project management platform. • Support the Business Development team including but not limited to supporting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses, preparing client contracts, creation of lead lists, optimizing activity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Maintain Sales/Account Management Playbooks. • Complete ad-hoc tasks and participate in special projects and initiatives as requested.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, health services or psychology. • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, account management, consulting, healthcare, or a start-up environment. • Curious and open to learning, ideally with an understanding of the health & benefits landscape. • Comfort working remotely, independently as well as part of a collaborative team and company. • Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal). • Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain strong relationships. • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Competence with Microsoft Office suite of services, G-suite for Business. • Experience with HubSpot and Asana would be an asset. • Technologically agile, adept in learning and integrating new applications and platforms.
