Description

• Capco is looking for experienced Data Lead BAs with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with clients on mission-critical projects. • Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and budget. • Lead project teams with Capco and client members. • Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap, influencing decision-making. • Taking on leadership responsibilities, including developing and mentoring team members on best practices for data analysis, project management and requirement gathering.

Requirements

• 10+ years Business Analysis experience • Ability to create Business Cases • Expert level experience with structing a project with the creation of EPICs, and User Story Writing • Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders • Strong track record of leadership and people development, including mentoring junior team members • Demonstrated experience identifying and solving challenging business problems with innovative solutions • Knowledge of process re-engineering • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users, including at the executive level
