Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Enterprise Risk and Credit Risk management. • Analyze risk data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance risk management capabilities. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of risk management initiatives, including data integration, reporting, and compliance. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate that risk management solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization’s risk management practices remain up-to-date and effective. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Enterprise Risk and/or Credit Risk management in the financial services industry. • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, credit risk models, and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like SQL is an asset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Experience with risk management software and systems is an asset. • Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance standards is a must
