Description

• Acting as the conduit between Technology and a cross-functional team to deliver guest experience enhancements. • Leading the discovery of Loyalty program gathering requirements using effective business analysis techniques. • Developing empathy for the guest/end-user by incorporating Human Centered Design principles and guest journey mapping. • Prioritizing a continuous flow of feature backlog and align with product strategy. • Consulting with stakeholders and acting as a conduit between stakeholders and the development squad. • Facilitating and managing stakeholder expectations and engagement. • Translating business requirements into detailed and actionable specifications and requirements documents. • Collaborating efficiently and effectively by building strong relationships with several cross-functional teams. • Creating understandable visual representations to communicate complex concepts. • Documenting detailed user stories, process flows, systems diagram flows, and acceptance criteria. • Working with stakeholders and development squad to plan, groom and prioritise the product backlog. • Organising and facilitating user acceptance testing with business users. • Supporting the testing and validation of system changes. • Identifying and documenting current and future business process, changes, and improvements. • Maintaining process and system documentation as business and systems evolve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working on Agile projects related to e-commerce, retail & omni-channel. • You have experience with Agile methodologies and working in a dynamic, iterative development environment. • You are proficient in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence). • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders. • You are detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities. • You excel in analytics, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • You are able to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward. • You are curious and eager to learn. • Having hands-on experience with CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce), customer data analytics, and how they interact would be strong assets. • Having experience with loyalty programs would be a strong asset. • Having hands-on experience and a previous track record of working with teams that have built and shipped loyalty products and features that customers love would be an asset. • Having worked in the (Outdoor) Apparel or Retail industry would be an asset. • Having experience with web-development would be an asset. • Having experience with new vendor integrations would be an asset.
