• Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers and specialists, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner key stakeholders, ensuring partner satisfaction and progress towards KPI’s • Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow the partnership that align with company goals and drive product adoption • Ensure exceptional service to senior partners, enhance partnership growth, driving sales targets, and managing a $30 million ARR channel • Collaborate with internal teams (C-Suite, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Engineering) to align on, develop and execute new business and pricing models. • Develop strategies to grow partnerships, conduct market research, and tailor approaches to sector trends • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective SaaS integration, monitor partnership performance, and present insights to senior management • Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals • Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role • Expertise in managing complex partnerships and international markets, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and technology solutions • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, proficient in CRM and partnership management tools • Willingness to travel internationally (US) as needed
