Description
• Mid Market Client Sales Executive II at Brex • Drive growth by selling to existing customers • Engage high-spending customers to increase share of wallets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute recapture strategies • Learn from experienced professionals across various domains to broaden skill set and knowledge base
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles within sales, account management, or customer success. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze customer behavior. • Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance is a plus. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. • Ability to work in fast-paced high-velocity environments • Must be willing to work in the office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
Benefits
• Expected OTE range $117,600 CAD - $147,000 CAD • Base salary and commissions • Total compensation package may include equity and other forms of compensation
