• Drive growth by selling to existing customers,• Increase share of wallets from customers with high spend on Brex cards,• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to broaden skill set,• Spearhead initiatives for net-new revenue growth,• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities,• Champion cross-selling of Spend Management software,• Engage with CFOs regularly for expert consultation on financial operations,• Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance overall client experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales roles within B2B SaaS OR Payments companies,• Strong communication and negotiation skills,• Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze customer behavior,• Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance is a plus,• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets,• Ability to work in fast-paced high-velocity environments,• Coachability with an interest in growing your career in sales,• Must be willing to work in the office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
• Expected OTE range: $117,600 CAD - $147,000 CAD,• Base salary and commissions included in OTE,• Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided
