Description
• BeWell Health Centres are the GTA's most comprehensive Psychological Wellness Institutions. • The Administrative Care Team are our front-line representatives to patients, newcomers, and practitioners. • You will be expected to optimize practitioner’s schedules, coordinate patient billing, handle all administrative duties, ensure patient retention and grow our patient base. • You must be a skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with various professionals. • This individual must be able to understand granular protocols while understanding business long-term needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in office administration, Psychology, Social Work, or other relevant field in mental health - or comparable work experience • 2+ years of relevant sales, operations or professional office administration experience • Possess a Bachelors degree • A mature approach to customer service. Detail-oriented, organizational, and multitasking skills, initiative, and enthusiasm • Experience with EMRs especially Jane App is a strong asset • Ability to communicate professionally • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experiences in a very active situation • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute to the team in a positive manner • Uses time efficiently and prioritizes appropriately with strong time-management skills • Reliability (To arrive on time and be ready to perform at their best) • Ability to work Full time and be flexible in the schedule • Proficient in MS Office • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is strongly preferred • Some understanding of email marketing campaigns • Full-time availability is required, including flexibility to work in the evenings and on weekends • Driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are necessary
