Description
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team in strategic talent acquisition. • Partner with business leaders to match needs with candidates. • Report to Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, supporting corporate recruitment. • Manage recruitment activities for Brand Marketing and Creative Design organizations. • Responsible for full cycle recruitment using Arc’teryx competencies. • Collaborate and update heads on hiring needs and talent market insights. • Advocate for unbiased feedback in candidate selection process. • Manage relocation budgets and candidate support, including immigration.
Requirements
• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in a complex, global environment. • 2+ years in leading a talent acquisition team. • Built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously. • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic. • Not afraid to fail, using every opportunity to learn and share. • Firm supporter of diversity in the workplace, leading by example. • Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to sensitively deal with confidential information. • Team player, able to collaborate effectively. • Proactive in identifying root causes and developing solutions. • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity. • Seeks the best solutions with unwavering commitment. • Passion for sustainability and the outdoors.
