• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. • Identify and prospect potential partners, including strategic alliances, channel partners, and resellers, to establish mutually beneficial relationships. • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop compelling partnership offerings and go-to-market strategies. • Manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and providing support to optimize partnership performance. • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including revenue forecasts, partner engagement, and market trends. • Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and market trends. • Coach and mentor junior members of the partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Provide sales status and post-event reports, and facilitate post-event partner presentations.
• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles, with a focus on B2B sales and channel management. • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances. • Experience in negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements, with a strong understanding of contract terms and legal considerations. • A strong established network to accelerate business development targets. • Able to travel as required.
