• Driving business growth through employee engagement strategies using Achievers’ platform • Identifying potential clients through various outreach methods • Conducting product demos to address client needs • Engaging with prospects for tailored solutions and building business cases • Managing sales pipeline and tracking interactions • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with decision-makers • Collaborating with internal teams for alignment on product offerings • Meeting or exceeding sales targets • Gathering market insights and feedback for product development • Updating sales performance and forecasts for leadership
• 3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space • Bachelor's degree • Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals • Are a hunter with a keen passion for net-new sales • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite • Are a self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment • Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects in sales cycles previously. - Proficiency using the following (or similar sales technology); Salesforce, Outreach and the Microsoft Suite
