• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's business goals • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performance sales team • Drive business development activities to expand the company's customer base • Build a scalable sales operation for veritree, and iterate as customer signals and business needs demand • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and other departments to ensure alignment across the organization • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Demonstrated experience as Head of Sales in a fast-growing technology company • Over 6 years of proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets, with a track record in establishing and driving the sales process from planning to closing, and negotiating recurring commercial agreements • Experience building sales operations to the $30M ARR level of scale • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services • Ability to position sustainable products against competitors • Experience in the nature-based solutions space is an asset
