• Develop, communicate, and execute compelling sales strategies targeting Government and enterprise verticals • Analyze competitive landscape, channel dynamics, and environmental factors • Be the enthusiastic voice of Telesat’s LEO services • Promote the Telesat brand with passion and conviction • Proactively engage potential customers through cold-calling, lead generation, and follow-ups • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with Telesat’s business strategy • Participate actively in strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting and reporting • Prepare persuasive presentation materials • Educate prospective customers about comprehensive suite of services • Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture • Champion teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, preferably within the satellite communication industry • Passion: Unwavering belief in the transformative power of LEO technology • Communication: Fluently bilingual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Required) • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture strong customer relationships with all levels, including C-suite • Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with agility to adapt to a dynamic market • Leadership Aspiration: Eagerness to grow into a leadership role as the Regional Canadian Director of Sales
