• Develop and execute creative strategies for paid marketing campaigns • Partner with Paid Marketing team for optimization and direction • Act as bridge between Paid Marketing, Brand, Design, and Product Marketing • Stay ahead of industry trends and find creative innovations • Analyze campaign performance data to improve ROI • Manage creative tickets and collaborate with stakeholders • Build a pipeline of creatives for marketing campaigns
• 5+ years experience in creative strategy and management with a Paid Marketing team • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and storytelling through ads • Proven experience in developing and executing creative strategies for paid marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Experience managing and maintaining a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
