• Responsible for overseeing the effective use of Salesforce and Pardot to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, • Implement and optimize marketing automation strategies to drive engagement and conversion through email campaigns and lead nurturing programs. • Maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards while managing CRM databases and marketing automation platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, enhancing overall campaign performance and contributing to increased Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a SaaS or Enterprise software for a B2B high-tech company. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. • Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce. • Experience with other enterprise-level marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot) will be considered. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Flexibility to easily adapt and change course in a fast-moving environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving results. • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. • Able to work independently and meet deadlines. • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
