• Develop and manage partner processes such as onboarding, deal registration, and rebates • Provide daily operational support to Sales and Partnerships teams • Create and manage reports and dashboards to track performance • Document processes and best practices for internal teams and partners • Handle complex partner requests and escalations effectively • Work with managers across departments to improve processes and projects • Lead strategic projects driving long-term partner business success • Represent Partnership team in company-wide projects and initiatives • Assess and redesign partner processes for efficiency
• 2-4 years of experience in a partnerships or operations, in a SaaS, payments, and/or e-commerce environment • Experience working directly with sales/partner sales teams and partners • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior partners and stakeholders • Ability to be a thought partner to senior leaders - you have a knack for bringing stakeholders together and the confidence to keep them aligned with the goals of our partnerships program • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • As this role will primarily collaborate with partners based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
