• Collaborate with the Vice President, Executive Management Team (EMT) and Senior Management Team (SMT) to advance Project Delivery’s mandate. • Partner with the Manager of Project Delivery Operations to identify, anticipate, and resolve high-priority issues. • Work closely with internal functions (HR, Finance, and Program Management Office) to support resource planning, budgeting and reporting. • Support the production of tracking and reporting tools and products to enable updates to senior management. • Continuously assess and reassess strategic and operational priorities for the division and take an active role in advancing priority workstreams. • Respond to high-priority requests from executives, boards, and political stakeholders. • Draft board memos, manage meeting logistics, and track action items for divisional committees and market engagement sessions. • Lead communication efforts on behalf of the President/EVPs regarding strategic and program updates. • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and Senior Administrative Assistant(s) to coordinate schedules. • Assist the President of Project Delivery, Executive Vice Presidents and their direct reports in preparation for leadership meetings and speaking engagements. • Support the Director and Vice President in resource management processes, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
• A few years experience supporting senior leadership in an advisory capacity. • Relevant background in business administration, commerce, or a related discipline. • PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is an asset. • Advisory Experience: Ability to brief and make recommendations to senior executives and staff. • Stakeholder Management: Direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party partners. • Understanding of Broader Public sector policies, programs, and government decision-making processes. • Highly organized thinker in order to handle simultaneous complex tasks. • Meeting Support: Synthesizing meeting notes into action items and tracking progress.
