• As a Sales Account Manager with over 5 years of experience in the digital services industry, you will be a key player in establishing and growing our client base in Montreal and more widely in Canada and North America. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with aerospace clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Account Management: Portfolio Oversight, Client Relationships, Needs Assessment, Business Expansion. • Sales and Business Development: Market Insights, Negotiation, Market Penetration. • Collaboration and Coordination: Internal Teams, Customer Visits, Project Management, Human resources. • Financial Acumen: Cost Analysis, Contract Management, Expense Control.
• Fluent in French and English mandatory • 5+ years of experience in selling/promoting to major clients in the industry of IT/Cloud • Prior experience working with customers in aerospace industry in a digital service company is preferred • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Availability for travel, including international • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships • Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions • Results-Driven: Committed to achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with cross-functional teams • Adaptability: Open to learning about chassis product specifications and manufacturing processes
