• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Coordinate and supervise AV installations, ensuring all work is completed to high standards • Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators and subcontractors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to complete their tasks • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues or challenges • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is realized through the project • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the highest level of workmanship • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change orders • Provide detailed reports to senior management on project performance and outcomes • Ensure the project budget is managed and the customer's format and language requirements are followed accurately and promptly • Coordinate and/or provide training to clients • Coordinate the project's turnover to the service department at the end of each project
• 5 - 8 years of Audio-Visual Project Management experience • PMP certification or an approved application from PMI is preferred but not required • CTS or CTS-I (Certified Technical Specialist) is preferred but not required • Additional industry certifications
