• Lead and manage a variety of environmental projects from inception to completion • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations • Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams • Stay up to date on environmental regulations • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with environmental projects • Manage project budgets including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting • Prepare and deliver project reports highlighting key milestones
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental project management • Knowledge of Canadian environmental regulations and standards • Knowledge of construction best practices and typical monitoring requirements • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
