Description
• Work closely with clients to design, scope, and build highly complex integrated security projects. • Provide operational leadership support and guide field staff through the project lifecycle. • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while maintaining the highest quality delivery for our clients. • Lead, guide, train, and mentor field and coordination staff. • Provide accurate financial reports for project performance and targets. • Develop and manage schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. • Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns. • Assess risks; ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
• Previous and progressive experience as a Project Manager in the integrated security and/or low voltage industry. • Previous experience managing large, construction projects preferred. • Previous sales, estimating, or design experience is a bonus. • Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.) is considered an asset. • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills. • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software. • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines. • Valid drivers license with acceptable record. Minimum 5 years driving experience. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
