• Manage and optimize B2B marketing technology stack including Marketo and Salesforce. • Use APIs and tools like Zapier for integration and automation. • Develop lead generation strategies applying marketing tech stack. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing data across systems. • Collaborate with marketing team for campaign execution and reporting. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in marketing operations. • Work with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives. • Own email marketing strategy and execution in Marketo.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 6 years of marketing operations experience, including technical project management and marketing campaign management • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce sales and marketing products is a requirement • Knowledge of digital ad operations; hands-on experience a plus (ie. experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) • Knowledge of marketing technology operation trends and standard processes • Expert level organization and planning skills required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Excel skills and a mind for analytics • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
