Description
• Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for a financial product vertical • Partner with Business and Strategy teams to define product vision and translate into a roadmap • Approve high-level requirements and metrics to push product strategy forward • Build a high performing team of product managers • Develop understanding of financial product stack from various perspectives • Lead product development with cross-functional teams • Participate in budget management and annual budget process • Gather feedback and communicate ongoing developments of products • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to identify strategies • Engage with third-party banking and technology partners for product innovation
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience working with software products • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role directly managing a team of 3+ product managers • Prior start-up or product experience, systems or engineering background • Experience with digital technologies, financial products, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses • Passion for building world-class products and teams • Deep desire to learn and improve through feedback • Experience working within financial technology companies or banking is an asset
