Description
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to join our leadership team in Vancouver. • As VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and innovation in the competitive SaaS marketplace. • Define and execute the product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. • Develop a compelling product vision that inspires cross-functional teams and aligns with customer needs. • Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic objectives and resource availability. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented team of product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products on schedule. • Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches. • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. • Champion a customer-centric approach, leveraging customer feedback and data analytics to inform product decisions and enhancements. • Establish key metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement. • Manage the product development budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience with 3-5 being in a senior product management role within a SaaS company. • Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B products. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving product innovation. • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
