• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently • Assist in creating project schedules, budgets, and timelines • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution • Utilize construction management software to track project progress and update stakeholders • Companywide invoicing ensuring all stakeholders are included at all times, tracking of extras and hourly billing, monthly reporting on job profitability • Weekly/monthly review of staff hours • Review project budgets in depth as required • Monthly reporting on staff utilization • Time and budget tracking software management • Tracking of all prospect jobs • Draft all proposals and ensuring they are submitted on time • A/R and Collections • Facilitate signing of submission documents • Onboarding of new staff, general admin work • Other duties as assigned
• Project Management experience required • Invoicing, A/R experience • Experience working in Architecture or Construction industry required • Proficiency in project management tools such as Mosaic • Experience drafting proposals required • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively • Familiarity with construction management software applications • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines • Experience working on build projects with a focus on quality and safety standards • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners • Familiarity with tools for document management and collaboration
