• Join Ontario Transit Group as a Cost Control and Procurement Administrator • Manage the end of the procurement phase and reception management • Liaise with sites and manage goods reception • Confirm services and administer procurement data in the CASSIUS system • Provide administrative support to enhance cost control and finance tools management • Support budget monitoring, variance analysis, and reporting • Assist in preparing financial reports and conduct audits of procurement data
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent working experience • Proven experience in procurement administration, cost control, or finance roles is an asset • Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management, and financial reporting • Proficiency in using procurement and finance software/tools (e.g., CASSIUS system, SAP, Oracle) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project sites and internal teams • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis is a plus
