• Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare clinic • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluations and scheduling • Nurtures and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring elevated levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety • Comprehensive working knowledge of Clinicmaster, healthcare systems, MS Office Suite • Monitor and improve clinic processes for efficiency and effectiveness • Plan and implement office systems, procedures, procurement, policies • Maintain clinic facilities and equipment • Ensures clinic protocols, processes and procedures are adhered to • Assists Clinic Director with medical professional team schedule • Oversee the management of client files, including third party insurers, WSBC and ICBC • Oversees the scheduling and billing processes for all files and third party-payers, MSP, ICBC and WSBC • Responsible for reconciliation of all client files • Accounts Payable/Receivables, staff payroll and monthly bill reconciliation in conjunction with bookkeeper • Cultivate relationships with vendors • Assist with website improvement and social media campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • Five years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards • Proficiency in healthcare management software, Clinicmaster, MS Office, Excel, Outlook • Third party billing and insurer experience, WSBC, ICBC, MSP • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Proven ability to build a positive workplace culture • Scheduling experience • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of marketing, web management and social media campaigns an asset
