• Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Own the growth marketing budget to maximize ROI. • Drive the experimentation roadmap, enhancing return on ad spend (ROAS). • Establish robust reporting systems for key performance metrics. • Take ownership of marketing attribution models and media mix models. • Analyze data from platforms like GA4, Looker, Tableau, and SQL. • Deliver insights to cross-functional teams for cohesive campaign strategies. • Collaborate with creative and product teams to drive initiatives aligned with growth objectives and brand voice. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging channels.
• Proven experience in Growth Marketing: Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition through data-driven, performance marketing strategies. • Technical expertise in marketing tools: Strong proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau, SQL), A/B testing tools, and marketing attribution models. • Experience with media mix modeling and marketing automation platforms is essential. • Focus on data and performance optimization: Ability to manage large-scale paid media campaigns and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS). • Experience with a product-oriented mindset: A product-first approach to growth, ensuring alignment between growth marketing strategies and product development. • Understanding of marketing attribution and measurement: In-depth knowledge of marketing attribution models to track multi-channel performance. • Background in technical or growth-driven industries: Experience in growth marketing within fast-paced industries like retail, e-commerce, consumer technology, or CPG. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • A product-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results through customer insights and innovation. • Industry experience in Retail preferred but not required.
