• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire new high-quality businesses, leveraging a mix of existing marketing channels and new experiments • Lead the planning and execution of all growth campaigns across various stages of the customer funnel • Work with our leadership team to set our Growth team OKRs, budget, revenue targets and key initiatives • Align customer acquisition and retention plans to the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ARPU and other key marketing metrics • Oversee coordination of how growth activities drive business across both our direct self-serve funnel and our sales-led funnel • Own the reporting for company revenue which will include the management and improvement of our attribution strategies • Own product marketing by building and executing on GTM strategies to drive launch, adoption and continued growth of Loop’s product suite • Empower our Sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning while also creating a strong feedback loop between sales, marketing and product • Help to understand and represent the voice of the customer in roadmap planning and go-to-market strategy discussions • Implement tracking and analytics systems to monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement • Strategically oversee the implementation of SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic, establish thought leadership within the industry, and align brand messaging with target audiences • Continuously iterate and experiment with new growth tactics, channels, and messaging to drive incremental improvements in acquisition and onboarding outcomes • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Tech or SaaS, even better in FinTech • Experience working with small teams, particularly at start-ups • Management experience, with 3+ years of hiring and developing people • Proven track record of success in growth and product marketing and overseeing performance-based marketing channels • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance optimization • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth • Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams • Exceptionally clear and precise verbal and written communication skills • You enjoy pushing things forward under pressure and can manage a large workload effectively
