Description
• The Accounting Administrator is responsible for daily administration of accounting operations. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. • Support Financial Analysis Supervisor with reporting and audits. • Maintain relationships with internal/external customers and vendors. • Complete various analysis and reconciliations. • Various accounts payable functions, including coding and data entry of invoices. • Prepare GST returns and assist with year-end review. • Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
• No prior accounting experience required, but would be considered an asset. • High School Diploma with an Accounting Certificate and/or Diploma. • Related experience preferably in a construction or oilfield environment. • Intermediate level of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
