• Join us as an Accounting Administrator based out of our Hamilton office, where you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial duties. If you are team oriented, motivated, understand the need for accuracy and enjoy busy days, then this job is for you! • Duties and Responsibilities - Process vendor invoices - Record payments received - Entry of financial transactions, journal entries and adjustments - Preparation of monthly financial statements - Perform other duties and assignments as required • Education and Experience - Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred. Relevant and related experience will also be considered - Minimum 1 year experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with all levels of the organization • Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
